
Whole roasted garlic. Cut top off slightly and drizzle with olive oil. Roasted garlic was done in same pan as taters and pierogies. Most pierogies are vegan! Roasted on 400 for 17 minutes then light broil for 5 for crisp. Veggie burger, with spinach, fried onion/garlic, lemon pepper spice, vegan mayo and Daiya faux cheese. 🙂
